Good evening SUNS Community!

We know that there has been some confusion around our changeover to D2L/Brightspace this year.  We apologize for any inconvenience that this changeover may have caused and we are committed to working with each of you so that you can stay connected to your child’s classroom.

There are 2 ways that our community has been connecting with the classroom.

  1. Use a student password and login to access the classroom site, helping students to complete work, having students submit work, and finding helpful links to practice questions in many areas of the curriculum.  This method of access should be used by STUDENTS and it can be supported by PARENTS.
  2. The PARENT PORTAL, where parents can receive updates and keep current with what is happening in your child’s classroom.  This is different than the first method as this method is more information – dates, events, reminders, etc.  This can be accessed by parents only and you can sign up by following the link below.  You would make an account for yourself, and add your children as necessary.  D2L-BrightSpace-Parent-and-Guardian-App
