Good Morning SUNS!
Today at Saint John Paul II, we are lucky enough to have Father and Sarah come for a very special Mass. We will celebrate together, “The Feast of Saint John Paul II”, our namesake. He was such a peaceful man, encouraging all throughout this world to seek peace, and to keep HOPE. What a great role model he was for all of us and what an amazing opportunity we have today to celebrate his life as a person, as a priest, and as a Pope.
The actual feast date is on Saturday. Please take a moment to pause and reflect on peace and hope for our world today, and on Saturday, and always remember how lucky we are to live in a country like Canada, and attend a school like “Saint John Paul II”.
